I commit that all the bikes will be returned before or at the 4 hour mark for half day or 8 hour mark for full day in the same condition in which I rented them. An additional charge will be applied to all bikes returned after the contracted return time.

I confirm that I am a guest staying at the above mentioned hotel and that I inspected the bike before signing this contract and confirmed that it is in good condition and fit for use. I can also confirm that a helmet has been loaned to me and that its condition is good enough for my safety.

No rider is currently suffering from any medical problem likely to affect my ability to maintain normal control of the bicycle. None of the hirers currently have any prescriptions advising against or prohibiting the practice of sports at medium or high intensity (e.g., pregnant, on medication, etc.).

I'm committed to using the bike for recreational purposes only, without putting myself at risk. I know how to ride a bike, and I am aware of my level of competence on a bike. It is strictly forbidden to lend or sublet the rented property. The hirer shall be held personally liable for any infringement of the Highway Code and for any personal injury or damage to property caused by using the rented equipment in their care. Any breakage, damage, or loss of the bicycle will be charged to the renter from USD $100.00 up to USD $2000.00, depending on the damage or loss of equipment.

Electric Rides or the above-mentioned hotel hold no liability for injury to myself, the guest, or any third party involved.

I have carefully read and voluntarily given my consent and agreement to all the information, terms, and conditions listed above.

Release & Waiver of Liabilty

RECIPIENT: Sanctuary Hotel (the "Hotel")

SERVICE PROVIDER: Electric Rides (the "Provider")

ACTIVITY: Electric Bike Rental and Usage (the "Activity")

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICE: The undersigned (the "Guest") acknowledges and agrees that the bicycle rental is provided exclusively by Electric Rides, an independent third-party company. Sanctuary Hotel is not the owner, operator, or manager of the equipment or the rental service.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: The Guest understands that cycling and the use of electric bicycles involve inherent risks, including but not limited to, collisions, falls, mechanical failures, and road hazards, which may result in serious bodily injury or property damage. The Guest voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the Activity.

RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Guest hereby releases, waives, and discharges Sanctuary Hotel, its parent companies, affiliates, officers, and employees from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury (including death) that may be sustained while using the equipment provided by Electric Rides.

INDEMNIFICATION: The Guest agrees to indemnify and hold Sanctuary Hotel harmless from any claims brought by third parties resulting from the Guest's use of the rented equipment.

CONDITION OF EQUIPMENT: The Guest agrees to inspect the bicycle before use and to address any safety concerns directly with Electric Rides. The Hotel makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the safety or condition of the bicycles.
